I work in a bank whereby customers need to collect letter of non indebtedness or indebtedness to collect loans from other Bank. The process involves: 1) Customer goes into branch to request letter 2)CCO Logs letter online 3)letter comes to credit portfolio.. credit portfolio manually checks for indebtedness status. 4) Sends response back to branch 5) Branch manager prints it. In a bid to make the process faster and seamless, I am looking to create a self service app, SelfPro where customers can request for a letter of indebtedness directly through the app. The process should be something like this (Friendly engaging Bot Called Brian, SelfPro) 1) Customer requests letter by inserting name and account number 2) The app then searches through the bank's risk asset for the customer. if customer isnt found, letter is issued, if customer is found... letter is not issued. 3) CCO's at branches can also use the application and be able to search and print letter immediately
