I am looking for a skilled web designer to create a website for my town planning consulting company. The main purpose of the website is to provide information about the services we offer. Although I don't have a preferred website layout or design in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I want.
Key requirements for the website include:
Home - A generic home page that describes the business and explains a bit about the industry.
Our Team - and possibly a brief profile for each employee with a more in-depth descriptor for each employee.
Who We Are - A more detailed page about the business
Projects - A page with a summary of the types of project we are working on.
Project 1 - A page with details of Project 1.
Project 2- A page with details of Project 2.
Project 3- A page with details of Project 3.
Conferences/ Webinars – A page that describes our event management experience, a calendar of upcoming industry events and webinars
Social responsibility – CSI projects
Gallery - Show casing all our projects
White paper/ CEO’s Blog- page where we can publish a blog
Contact - A page with your location and contact details, we can also include this on the first page so it is easier for users to find contact details and an inquiry form if possible
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Proficiency in web design and development
- Experience creating websites for consulting companies or similar industries
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles
- Ability to create a visually appealing and professional website
