TPF Website Project Proposal Purpose: A website to help TPF maintain and online presence, deliver information to its clients and sell tickets for events. Data to be stored on Firebase, no limitations on development (ideally limited to technologies taught on standard uni syllabus only, for ease of future inclusion of students as support team) Functional requirements: - User registration/login - Hosted content pages - View events with filters (filter by geographical location, university, date, dress code, - Ticket sales - Digital ticket generation (QR code?) Non-functional requirements: - Optimised for web, tablet, smartphone - Rough layout (Wireframes Needed) Header: - About o TPF Origins o Mission Statement o Meet the Team - Programmes o Events (our brands)  Afreen (all of these pages will be populated at a later date)  Junoon  Pakistan Week  LoT  Etc. o Community Projects  Stuff like dance, Urdu class etc. (populated with info later) o Charitable Aims - Get Involved (drop down list for each option, little bit of info about how they can get involved and then contact form) o Student Volunteers o PakSocs o Sponsors o Suppliers o Donate to our charitable causes - Events o List of upcoming events that is filterable  View Event • Name • Date and Time • Location • Price • Dress Code • Description  Buy Ticket • Generate unique ticket • Link directly to our payment portal • Link to the database - so we have a reference of who bought it • If they click on one event - it can show other similar events • Events page will show who they know is going to the event possibly use API through insta/Twitter/TikTok • Real-time data of how many tickets sold, and money generated – linked to a graph as well - for organizers only • A blog system implemented within the event page so that the organizers • Can speak directly to ticket holders (and option to send blog updates directly to members so they’re informed without having to check) - also vlog so they can add trailers, previous videos, and also after the event - • add all the photos and videos there - Media o Media from previous events for clients to browse and view.
