Wix developer needed for 1-page scrolling website

We're looking for someone who can build a small Wix website based on the design attached. A layered PSD will be supplied to work from. Overall, the site should scroll nicely and follow the general guidelines. No mobile designs have been supplied, but a responsive layout is required AND needs to be base don the designs for best viewing on Mobile/tablets. On the second section, with the 2 cards, we want each line to scale up by roughly 10-15% when hovered over (CSS effects with a short transition time would be preferable) In the section that include the 3 pyramids, we need to have a small animation when the items load (make all three sections pop, one after the other) and when hovered (have the portion of the pyramid that is hovered over expand a small amount and have a small drop-shadow applied with a fair amount of diffusion). Our team section, we have the 2 images for the team members, and we require their last name placed next to the first name (Whiston for both). Our history, we would like this to animate when scrolled to, starting from the top of the section (where the dot is) and having the line that runs down the page expand to the bottom of the section. Once that finished, we would like each information section to appear by: Expanding the top line across the page, moving from the center, and then having the tick fill the area at the end. Each piece of text should then do the same as the tick, in order (from top to bottom). This should be done for each item in the list. The process section items should fade into view as the screen enters onto the section. Contact email should be clickable. Copyright section should be "© Longmoat 2018 | Designed & Developed by <a href="[login to view URL]" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Raybird Designs</a>" and be reduced, so it doesn't take up as much space.
