I need to build one application which scan barcode and compare its result to simple database (local) and giving the result with judgment OK or Not OK. App platform is WINDOWS EMBEDDED COMPACT 7 (successor of WIN CE). The app task is read 2 kind of barcode / QR code and compare both result, if match with criteria then display judgment result as GOOD / OK, and display NO GOOD for another result. Project timeline estimated around 2 weeks (5 - 10 working days). Budget < 250 USD. SDK of the device is available (Handheld barcode scanner brand Denso)
