Need a solution for log data send by a client.

Hello, I've been working recently on a project to count the ips that connected to a server through the logs of Nginx. I can log the get and post request with Nginx. If you're interested I would need more information on which requests you want to log (or all of them ?) and how you want to format them. Thanks
