I’m looking to hire a flexible reliable virtual personal assistant to work from home and must be able to follow detailed instructions. You must be detail oriented, highly organized, tech savvy, can learn new platforms easily, and have a reliable internet connection, personal computer. You must be can learn quickly, take assigned projects, deliver them in a quick time frame to us.
• Compensation: Competitive (All payments will be made via PayPal at the end of each week)
• Position: Part Time Contractor
• Telecommuting is required
Work Hours: Flexible (day or night time) however you must be able to deliver based on the time frame mutually agreed upon.
We are looking for someone that have and can do most of the following:
• You must be fluent in English and have good writing and grammar skills.
• Have a COMPUTER (less than 3 years old)
• Fast internet connection (at least 2-3 mbps)
• Noise cancellation headset and a quiet working environment
• Internet savvy and skilled in internet based research (ie: companies, new technology, and industry trends)
• Able to gather information over the internet (data mining)
• Administrative tasks (Email Management, Calendar Management, apptmt setting, etc.)
• Flexible in responding to change or business needs
• Willing to continually learn and develop skills
Entry level (Optional):
• General knowledge about Blog management
• General knowledge about WordPress website management
• General knowledge about social media management (such as Facebook, twitter, google+, Instagram, Hootsuite)
You must be versed (or quickly learn) on all of the following platforms/software:
• Skype or similar (You must have a SKYPE ID)
• What’s App
• MS Word and Excel
• Chrome browser
• Dropbox
• Evernote experience
• Google gmail, drive and docs
• Camtasia
• Evernote
• Basic PDF experience
• GoToMeeting or WebEx experience (or similar)
