convert wordpress site to twig for php

I need someone to copy my website and build it in php/twig instead of the wordpress site that it is now. I can provide any pieces of the wordpress site if needed from the server. Please remove all unnecessary js/css files while doing this process.
Initially I would like the following pages. They should work and look exactly the same as they do now.
Homepage
Category page, this page should pull all products for a category from the db.
Product detail page. This page should pull all product details from the db for this product.
T&C Page
Shopping Cart (needs to store products from session in db)
Shipping
CC form
Quick Sale page shipping info
Quick Checkout billing info (after entering shipping info in page above) also need functionality created by the checkbox adding additional products to the shopping cart

If you are a good developer there is more work to be done on the site, this is just the first phase. You MUST HAVE experience with twig (I am a developer and know twig so I will know quickly).
I will provide the server with mysql db and data already setup. You can develop on your localhost as well, but I will need it uploaded to the server for me to test it.
