Make 3 updates on a wordpress site right now

I will provide you a copy of the wordpress site and the database and you will need to do all the work on your server and I will review it on your server. After it's approved, you can send me all of the code and I'll update it on my end. I need someone who is familiar with the Divi Wordpress theme from Elegant Themes to make 3 small changes to my wordpress site. 1. I need you to make the design of the site universal. I want all of the internal pages of the site to match the layout on the home page of the site. Right now the background image is missing. 2. Add an ad plugin that is able to load 300 x 600 ads that rotate every 8-10 seconds in the sidebar. Also, I need to be able to load 728 x 90 banner ads. 3. One other minor issue is that the background image of the home page carries through in the mobile format and takes up real estate on the right and left-hand side of the page when viewed on mobile devices. I’d like to be able to see the background image on the desktop and tablet versions of the site when viewing the page content, but not on mobile.
