Overview: Zapier integration to charge a pre authorized amount when status is updated in airtable Hello, we have a waste clearance pick up business. We are like the uber for waste. I have the following in our tech stack: 1) an iOs app with braintree integrated - these orders then push to an airtable table. 2) a woocommerce wordpress website with stripe integrated - these orders then push to an separate airtable table. 3) Quote and Clear - An airtable form which I need to integrate stripe with so we can preauthorise an amount (say £300 - or an amount linked to the expected load size) All of the above already link to airtable. Airtable then pushes the job out to our driver platform a driver. The driver then fulfils the job and set a final load size. Eg the customer may say its a half load, but it may be when the drivers gets there. There is a table to will say for a half load its £XX, so the driver will select load size or total price. The Job status is started as 'unassigned' - and eventually gets to one of the following. Either 'failed', 'successful' or 'cancelled'. Your task: 1) Build a way for a customer to fill this airtable form, [login to view URL] then enter on a stripe page the card to preauthorise an amount linked to the expected load size (there are six sizes, so if mini load authorize £100, if 1/2 load authorise £200 etc). This stripe data then needs to go into airtable (we have this table built but am not sure how to integrate stripe with the form so the record only gets created after a successful 'pre authorisation'. 2) For the return of a 'failed' or 'cancelled' status across all three tables, iOs app, woocomerce and Quote and clear (this is when a driver goes to the job, gives the customer an estimated load size/price and then either fulfils the job or cancels it) - the status integration is complete from the driver (we already have this integration coming in) the integration needs to release the charge when airtable receives the 'status' update from the other software. So, if status = 'failed' or 'cancelled', release the stripe auth or; If order status is 'successful' charge the amount either the written amount e.g £240 if the driver enters this, or if they select a load size e.g 1/8, 1/2 etc it will charge a fixed amount to be determined by a small table that holds costs against items
