Too much work needs to be done in wordpress speed of code and plugin. I am a programmer so i will handle these . I am not a designer but i can shrink images with the size of it as it needed too. Some JS changes needs to be done with plugin code changes. SO there are so many custom PHP/MYSQL code i need to do on your site. discuss with me more as i am a programmer with 15+ years experience in programming and wp expert too.
