We have a blog that we use for a committee to discuss issues and then vote ([login to view URL]). So only 11 persons use this. I have set this up in the simplest way but could do with some additional functions.
1. We would like to be able to store posts that have been voted on and finished in a folder to remove them from the list of active posts. This archive folder needs to have a link from the main page (on the right hand side?). You will see that I have added a plug in to create a dropdown menu to list all the posts in a list at the top of the index page - I would want finished posts that are moved to the archive folder removed from this list.
2. I added a "members only" plug in and when we log in we go to the dashboard page and not the main index page. Can we change the settings to always default to the index page when we log in.
3. Can we have a simple voting system added to each post. 11 members who can each vote with a deadline feature?
4. Some members find it hard to log into this blog (when they are using a restricted internet connection where some sites are blocked. Can we set up something where they can email a comment instead of having to login to comment? They all get emails of new comment and new posts.

The whole aim of this blog is to make discussion and voting as simple as possible for the committee (not all are web savy)
