Wordpress Plugin Developer

Please read until the end and answer the questions. I m looking to hire a wordpress plugin developer, to first create a simple plugin to send information to an API and then if the project go wells, to develop the plugin with further requirements. As a first milestone, the plugin will have the following features: 1. The plugin code would contain the base url of the API to communicate with 2. The plugin will have a settings page available from WP Admin menu 3. This page will provide fields to configure plugin settings: Language (default to blog language and editable with dropdown), api_key (text field), api_secret (text field) 4. The plugin should be also available in post form, with a section under the body editor, and provide a button to send information to an API. Information from the blog post to be sent in json format (escaped) include: title, author, creation date, blog content (html), link to feature image and a callback url 5. The plugin should handle a callback url so the API will send back a message (containing a url) when backend job is completed and the url will be stored with the post the post Please review the content of the first milestone and provide your quote (all fees included).
