1. Read data from soil sensors 2. process data (ADC ) , and then check it for some threshold value 3. act upon it by triggering solenoid pumps (AC control ) 4. switch valve before pumping and irrigate base on moisture sensor to confirm the watering is normal, and after confirmation switch off pump and then switch off valve. 5. Temperature sensor to switch on pump to power the mist sprayer and spray for specified time when temperature reaches an high determined temperature 6. send gsm alert based on high temperature 7. the sprayer and irrigation must not be powered at the same time. 8. the mist sprayer should work twice on days of high temperature at 1 hour interval 9. Arduino system should check to see if there is public power before switching on if not then switch on generator, generator is a key started with its fuel tap and choke always on 10. switch off generator afer use 11. arduino battery charges via solar 12. MCU system should not work at night 13. safety issues should take
