An example of one of my personal projects - a mental health blog that offers advice and information to anybody suffering from anxiety or depression. My aim for each post is to make it enjoyable to read while still being informative and backed by scientific research. Most of the content relates to a chapter of my book (paperback and e-book) - Embracing Discomfort: A Guide to Taming the Anxiety Beast.

This example explores the many benefits of curcumin for reducing feelings of anxiety and depression.

Another of my first clients, Fabio S (@rrabio) initially hired me to write content for a travel website - covering Pompeii, its history, and current travel information for tourists. As his projects developed, Fabio S hired me to create travel guide content for an app: GuideeGo (available on the app and play stores). I wrote the content for specific tourist attractions in Bruges, Amsterdam, Rome, and the Angkor Wot complex in Cambodia.

This book is designed to help anxiety sufferers face their own "anxiety beast" so they can better understand that this creature they fear isn't trying to hurt them.
