I have been reluctant for years to say “I’m an artist”. I’m still reluctant and I don’t know what that says about me. Sure, I have created art in many different mediums. Some work made me money, some people liked it, and a lot of just sits in a drawer or a hard-rive…I just love taking pictures. I love drawing or creating. It doesn't matter if its with a several thousand dollar camera, a cell phone, a pinhole camera, or if its paper and pen, canvas and brush, or tablet and computer. I just love creating, or capturing the way I see the world. I do it for the experience. Not in the “improving by doing” way, not by the “I'll look good on a resume" way. But simply to experience creating. It’s a little scattered from time to time, sometimes its loaded with meaning, sometimes its just for fun. In the end, I’ll see it one way, and everyone else may see it a different way. That’s the point. I just enjoy doing it, and hope some folks out there enjoy seeing it.
