Custom suport form for touch screens.

I was instructed to create a support form with on-screen-keyboard for touch screen monitors that do not have a keyboard. This form works exactly as you think it would work on a tablet or your phone. Pressing any of the fields, will focus the keyboard to that field. The form is responsive, and the keyboard works great.
