IPS Business Application (Improve Performance System)
I am developing this system in ASP.NET by using business intelligence and balance scorecard concepts. This application is used to execute a survey within company to analyze employee's performance. IPS system helps admin to setup survey, formulas, strategy maps, graphs and questions for a survey project. After executing survey, system analyze the employee performance and its business intelligence system helps user to take decision for appropriate training for the employee. I am also developing a custom recruitment CRM system with this application. Both system will be managed by one admin panel. This is multi user system.
