Shourav is probably the most unreliable and unprofessional individual I have ever had to work with. Despite providing all required details for the project right from the beginning, he repeatedly provided designs that did not match the requirements. It became obvious that he wasn't working on the project at all and simply preferred that we talk on the phone for hours to literally explain each word of the brief provided. He even asked me to search for materials on the internet and send to him to copy and paste onto the designs. He had promised 2 weeks at the start but after 1 month, he was yet to complete the work and was no longer sending any updates. We started a dispute and I offered him enough to cover his costs with a little extra for the work in its current state. He initially refused my offer. He later accepted the money but refused to release the work I paid for. He became unbelievably rude and started making fun of me saying I had lost the money and that he'd rather showcase the work to enhance his profile than hand them over to me. Had it not been for the timely help of the Freelancer support team that I contacted after several days of discussion, I am sure I would never have received the files.
