I provided customer service to customers entering and leaving the convenience store. I also was assistant to the manager to come up with ideas for ways to boost revenue in ours stores profit. I came up with the idea of a lunch special that runs 24 hours a day currently and had been since May of this year. On my shift while I was employed Imy sales were no less than $680 and greater than $1200. I live in a town with a population of maybe 3200 people.

Reservation Specialist/Sales/Marketing/Customer Service

I provided customer service to guest by greeting them with a friendly smile as they entered for check in and as they were checking out as well. I also managed reservations and had everything ready and prepared prior to the guests arrival.
