We like to top but want Your Best Friend then another line Our Best Medicine - bigger font. Then another line with other words - also put a vertical line after 'care'. The picture seems to relate to grooming more than veterinary medicine. The bottom will not be seen much so an artistic arch or design on the bottom is preferred.
