Instrukce k soutěži

We are looking for a designer to give us a great, clean look for a website we will be having developed. The specs are attached but basically what we are looking for is an organized look to allow our website to:
1. List of Projects: Have lists of buisinesses we will contact to sell them things. [Described in more detail on the Specs "A".]
2. Search Bar: We need a great search Bar [See Attached "B" for more explanation.]
3.Filter: We need to filter out from the list of businessses we are not interested in. [See attached "C" for more details.]
4. Map. We need to show where on a map the busoness is. [See Attached "D" for more details.]
5. Key Details. We need to A Place to keep contact information and details about each business. We call That Information. All key dates need to be entered there so they can be picked up on reports and seen easily when we scroll to the business record on the list. We need to have a place to make notes about the business. We call that Notes. Finally, we wneed a place to trac all of our communiciations in and out. We call that Communications. [See "E" attached for more details.]
6. Mics. ]The other items can be found under "F".]

Use of Figna is fine. No particular format is required. Whatever software yuo feel most comfortable with.

    Isn't this basically a CRM? Why not just use something Hubspot or Pipedrive?
