Instrukce k soutěži

We need an exterior rendering and a general scope outlining improvements to match such rendering. This only needs to be completed for the south side of the property.

Modern look – we are upgrading this building so that it has more of a modern look versus 1970s look.

Value Add - we are value add investors so we want to modernize this building without bringing this down to the bones. We are looking for cost effective solutions that will help us give this building a more modern look.

Black panels – options for upgrading the black panels. If there is a paint design that can give us a similar effect as a possible replacement, we prefer this method. If this may not be a viable option, what other options may we consider?

Facia/Soffet – color option for this.

Windows – the window trim has been painted in the past so we can paint the window trim to the appropriate color.

Decorative rock above entry way – do we keep this as-is, consider painting or stucco over?

Brick – we prefer to keep the brick as-is, but may not be opposed to painting it.

Entry way – we are assuming we will put the entry way (south side) back with traditional windows and provide some type of decorative features next to the main entrance.

We have attached multiple views of the property.

Winner – the winner will take the above into consideration, emphasize value add enhancements versus complete replacement, provide a quality rendering and provide general construction comments/scope.

Phase 2 – if you are awarded this assignment, we will hire you to do phase 2 renderings, which will involve revisions, and providing renderings to all other sides of the building.

Survey - the last attachment is a survey with deminsions.

    too hard to make it using architectural software and you choose photoshop wow i made 7 entries for you and 4 are given 5 stars and the one you choose photoshop is very unexpected

      Well, there are some contests where the client doesn't select a winner. In this contest at least there was a winner. I have already decided not to participate in freelancer contests. Too much waste of time on some contest for nothing. It is like a lottery.

    Very difficult in perceiving a fair contest. I am not talking mine, there are far better deserving entries. Unseal all entries, let participants know the differences in order take decision in future before participating.

    I can assure you that I am very capable of presenting you an entry that is definitely photographically convincing (How "my proposed changes would fit your preferences/choices" is left to see), But what I can not guarantee is to be able to enter in time as since my week is packed full.
    I so hope for my sake and the many more participation you may be attracting for such a prize money; you would consider having your competition #extended
