My sports / betting affiliate program site / sign-up page : https://www.rockstarsportsaffiliates.com/

The above is a very basic new sign up page I have done through my affiliate program IDEV affiliate. I need this site to be built on and improved graphically and with content to make this a very, very professional site for potential affiliates to come to register on. I also have an offer currently on another of my sites(https://rockstarbetting.com/index.php/exclusive-cashback-offer/) for normal betting customers, rather than affiliates, so I would like this included on the website too.
It is also important that info is included on the site to tell affiliates / customers exactly who we are and what we do but again, done in a professional manner.
Here are some example sites. I am open to ideas and suggestions on design and content. The aim is to ensure the site is as professional and attractive as possible to bring in affiliates / customers.
