Double-sided review/rating/business cards formatted so I can upload designs to business card making site and print online

• Easy to read font and colors
• Clean design
• Can use sample uploaded design as a starting point, but creative designs are welcome!
• EPS files of the uploaded backgrounds available if needed

Front:
• Use uploaded logo - place in the upper right
• Prefer use of uploaded Background options
• Tone to Convince for a good review
• Lead the review/rating to give 5 stars
• Quote/Question like "How did I do?" - nice and large, easy to read
• Quote like "Providing patient-centered care"

Back:
• Gratitude statement like "Thank you!"
• Review websites
○ Generate and include functional QR codes for the 3 review websites profiles that are
- Link to the below corresponding websites
- WITHOUT Ads
- Easy to scan - won't interfere with each other when scanning
- Review site name
