Dear Sir, Below are my thoughts: 1. Shop sizes are 3x6 mtrs. These shops can be combined to make bigger shops as if when required. 2. FAR used as 99% of site area (FAR is 100% as far as I studied Madhya pradesh Bye Laws) 3. Separate entry for hotel. Restaurant and Meeting room is connected to hotel entry. Both of around 100 seat efficiency. 4. Form has been selected as contemporary and will have very dynamic face value. It has also been selected to maximize the efficiency of rooms. 16 luxury units, 6 suits, 32 economy rooms and 2 dormitory has been accommodated in the facility. 5. Stepped open air theater has been provided at Ground Floor. 6. Fire tender route of 4500 width has been provided at Ground Floor and 2 staircases as per fire bye laws of hotels 7. Landscape connected courtyards has been provided to solve the issue of monotonic corridors. 8. Form breaks the traditional idea of building evolution as per site constraints. If i got opportunity I will make 3D views to develop it.
