no, we can't skip authorization with login because Microsoft imposes this

you have a One Drive account and you granted permissions ? You need to disable pop-up blockers ? Microsoft should redirect you to consent page ... and you have to click allow. Did this happen ?

But I'm exactly looking for the same requirement, can't we skip login. Means is it possible to skip login from frontend, and handle everything at backend by using auth tokens/keys.
