I am looking for a graphic designer who can either create a new realistic body x-ray graphic based on my attached sample that was generated by MidJourney, OR use my attached sample directly and make all the necessary changes by erasing and replacing certain aspects of the graphic.

The end result I need is a layered PSD file with properly named layers so I can turn on/off different parts of the image (especially the text/graphic areas off to the right and left on the woman) and therefore be able to render a high quality exported image with different text/configurations from this base PSD file.

Similar to my sample, the graphic should have detailed bones and organs, and be in the same pose as my sample, facing to the left. The figure needs to be easily identifiable as a woman, which I believe is only somewhat well executed by the sample image and could perhaps be done better. Also, details such as the woman's brain are not done well in my sample and would need to be re-done to look realistic.

The main parts of the image I will be needing to experiment with and edit myself are the text/graphic areas out to the right and left sides of the woman - I will need these to be formatted with a futuristic font headline that stands apart from the short body text that would go below it. My attached sample image does this somewhat well, but the graphics and text are nonsense and obviously not editable like I need. Also, I don't necessarily need 5 text sections on each side of the woman - sometimes I might need fewer, so these all need to be separate layers in the PSD so I can turn them completely off if needed. The images next to the text also need to be more relevant to the body part being pointed at than in my sample.

Hello! Would it be possible for you to specify what parts are been indicated? Some are clear, such as the brain, but others are not so much. For instance, the ones pointing to the arms are not clear if they indicate the bones or blood vesels.
