We are a recruiting company in Tijuana, B.C. and we are dedicated to the active search of talents for a leading company within the solar industry. We want to launch a creative advertising campaign to recruit talent for our position as Sales Supervisor.

What will our Sales Supervisor do?

Manage and maximize client portfolio
Be in charge of training current and new team staff with innovative ways to sell
Optimize our prospecting process

What can we offer to Sales Supervisors?

What are we looking for in a Sales supervisor?

1. Talent with sales experience
2. Born leadership with experience managing teams.
3. Focused on meeting goals
4. Hunger for winning more

What do we need from FREELANCERS?
We seek to generate proposals for creative ads that help us attract talent with these characteristics, highlighting our competitive advantages in short and clear messages that hook with our target.

Rules:

1. We need at least 5 different proposals of ads for Facebook ads. (800 X 800 px)
2. The five proposals will have to be very different in image, hook and copys.
3. The text must not exceed more than 20%
3. The five proposals must contain the following elements:

- Headline
- Secundary copy
- Call to action

Aspects to qualify:

1. Time to deliver
2. Creativity in proposals
3. Structure and functionality
4. Variety

Yo he mirrado tus respuestas. Estoy un poco confundido. Ustedes qieren 5 anuncios de Facebook para atraer una "Sales supervisor" para tu compania. Y tus anuncios querian ser en espanol o Ingles?

Y que significa, "not exceeding 20 percent" ? No quieres que el tipo de letra se hacer mas de 20%?
