I need a two-sided product flyer for a smart energy monitor and controller. Attached is a very rough document that contains some of the important features and one-line statements. The first two pages are what I think need to be in the 2-pager, but other content is included if needed. If the two-pager works out we'll also be commissioning a short (4-6 page) brochure for the product as well.

Feel free to redraw the diagrams on the first two pages. The data chart on the second page is a bit technical and a simpler (even cartoonish) version might be better. The audience for the flyer is home owners who have solar installed, and who could benefit from significant savings if they enhanced their system with a demand controller (which essentially just limits the peak energy usage at certain times of the day by controlling large items like air-conditioning, pool pump, etc.). They probably know nothing about demand control. We are also focusing this flyer towards customers of SRP (a major energy utility in Arizona) who have introduced a new rate plan (E-27) aimed at their customers that use solar. Essentially without demand control, their customers' bills will be going up.

I envisage the first side being more eye-catching with a nice banner utilizing our logo, but also any other images/scenes that related to smart grid technology... with the page ending with something like "For more information call 855-INERGYS". The second side can more data centric.

We have two websites. http://inergysystems.com/ (which isn't very good, so don't use styling from this), and http://insys.azurewebsites.net/ (which is a little better but still a work in progress - unfortunately you won't have access to the Management Portal where all the interesting stuff is, but that shouldn't matter for the flyer). The flyer needs to look professional, distinctive and relevant, and needn't use elements from the current websites.
