I am designing application for IOS and Android operating system and I need a logo that goes with this application and an ICON for the app and two interface for the application.

the attach images are just an illustration please don't design exactly the same-one but it shows what i want for the design

Those are what the application expected to have,

1. The smart phone application for both Android and iOS operating systems should have the following features. At the launch of the application the user will be requested to enter the GDA number. user then will be asked to chose ether his current location as the city or to select a different city from a drop down menu of city list.

At this point the following details and options will be displayed.
a. Information that will be displayed for users : Company name, address, tell#, email, and company rating (if possible) and distance to the company address. will be displayed for the user
b. One touch Functions (that requires a button): Call, Direction to the company, Company website, email and opening hours,
c. Show company rating were possible. ( number of start)
d. Rate the company (give rating in starts)
