Design a Logo from Photo

****Update***** Please use the words: The Krupnick Approach

I need this image recreated as a vector in Illustrator and the words Krupnick Approach added to the right of the image. Logo must look contemporary and modern.

Colors are Navy Blue and Red. Final deliverable needs to be the .ai vector file and the font you use, a logo for a dark background and light background.

Please choose the font carefully and use a sans serif font. This is an academic tutoring company. This logo can't be cartoonish and must look professional.

Do not work on this project if you are not a real graphic designer.

Please don't show me 3D logos if they can't be reproduced on a solid white background as a png image. Show all logos on a solid white or black background. Please no textured background.
