The main thing to fix here is the logo. The 2nd thing I'm a bit worried about, is that the font migth be to crisp and not smooth enough. It seems very hard. You can also go to the next level and design a sub-page (content-page), as explained in the brief. I see a small problem with the "about-us" text maybe become to small or to weak to be powerfull on a content-page, when the content is the main thing and not the header.

I really dislike this black and blue togheter, I feel the colors totally crash. Very brigth blue with very dark black, not so good I think.
