We are hosting a "Fitness Challenge" for employees at a local business. We just need a simple and clean flyer that communicates the below info. I've attached our logo and the logo of the other company as well.

The Massac Memorial Hospital Summer Fitness Challenge is a 6 week self-improvement competition designed to improve your overall fitness & health, with guidance in the form of workouts and nutrition tips from professional fitness coaches.

WHEN- June 6th- July 16th, 2016
WHERE- 100% at home
DELIVERY- via email/private FaceBook group
COST- $100 ($50 paid by MMH)
REGISTER- simply email info@supercitycrossfit.com and say "Sign me up"

How It Works:

Participants earn points based off of small, weekly challenges focused on three key areas:

1. Workouts/Physical Activity
2. Nutrition
3. Lifestyle

We will crown one overall male/female winner at the end of the challenge!
