Instrukce k soutěži

EasyGest is a 100% Real Estate Portuguese group created in 2010.
This group includes 4 other brands, EasyGest Premium Properties, EasyConcept and EasyDevelop, EasyGest International.
We are today one of the main players in the Portuguese real estate market with a network of 54 own stores, with more than 600 employees that guarantee the same quality standard, the same serious, transparent and responsible response to the needs of its customers.
With our network of 54 stores, we cover the entire Portuguese territory, thus ensuring the satisfaction of our customers when they want to invest in any part of the continental territory and islands.
We had the same logo since the beginning but no longer reflects current dimension, the current status.
We want to keep the same name, just the hierarchy within the name is the one that we want to tackle by highlighting Easy, like the image that we attached. We also attached the old logo.
One of the options should be brandname logo with the "E" styled/tailored.
Another should include a fenix reborn because the brand was created in the most severe crisis year in real estate.
The others should be completely free and out of the box.
We want to keep the blue as the official colour of EasyGest and a darker blue with gold for Premium Properties.
We want to have several offers for both brands (EasyGest and EasyGest Premium Properties) but keeping the same logo between them, just the colours and the tag bellow should differ (like shown below).
