Hello,

I'm planning to offer prefabricated houses, villas, and other residential properties on my website. Since my customers often seek specific designs and would like to have a preview in advance, I'm looking for existing projects from freelancers like you that I can feature on my website, social media, and other platforms.

If you've already created a house design with all the drawings, 3D views, and floor plans, you can earn some extra income by granting me a license for it. Please note, however, that you should only do this if you haven't already sold the exclusive rights to the design to avoid any issues. You can also make slight modifications to existing projects and sell them to me again.

Here are some details:

Architectural Style: Asian or European
Design: Anything is possible
Types of Properties: Single houses, duplexes, row houses (no high-rises, office buildings, or industrial structures)

Here's what I need:

The best exterior view of the property, preferably with a garden or a pool.
Additional exterior views from different angles.
Interior views of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom.
Floor plans of the property.
Architectural drawings with precise measurements and all relevant details.

I do not accept AI-generated images that don't match well together. If you're using AI software to create these designs, please provide me with the license terms so I can review them.

Again, I'm looking for a copy of your existing work, and there's no need to create something entirely new.
