Looking for a floor plan for new sub-penthouse condo (1000sq feet). This condo has 10 foot ceilings as well as floor to ceiling windows with the best view facing north. 1 bedroom will allow more creativity so I will most likely lean more towards that. I am looking for a unique design that will appeal to a bachelor with a fairly open living space/common room. Looking for a design/interior plan that caters to entertaining guests. Also open to either 2 bathrooms or 1 larger bathroom. The only pillars that can not be moved are.... the pillar that makes up the east side of the bottom bathroom (about 1x7 feet), the square block in the top bedroom, and the square block in the top left hand corner. Everything else can be moved and resized freely. Please don't worry about cost when it comes to suggesting items or special features of interior design. Have fun and may the best design win!

Hi...chrislastiwka, I've few things in my mind, Is its north facing or east facing... I mean Im talking about which side is the road, does it face road on two sides or just one side, if yes plz mention, so that we can design or elevate in that way?
2. As you said that everything can be altered except the 3 columns you discussed about & the exterior walls, but my question is windows can also be moved or changed according to the new design?

  I'm sorry for taking so long to get back to you it is difficult to keep up with all the entries and questions. No the window placing can not be moved unfortunately. I'm not sure I understand the question about whether it faces a road on two sides. I am located on the north west side of the building and I have west and north views with the north being the better view of an entertainment district.

To those who are interested doing this project and working hard to get the actual dimension from the given pdf file, you can go and download the files I have done in AutoCAD and also a copy in jpg. So, you can straight away start your creativity from there. The drawing I have created based on the pfd file dimension and might make a little mistake. Please pardon me.   Thank You "nb8". I am an eng and doing many green project with many innovative green materials. I know the pain of not having proper dimension of a project. And I really feel sorry when CH told he is not a technical person and doesn't have the AutoCAD file. I really don't want to waste his money as this is a guaranteed contest and the amount is also not as a pocket money. I realize most of the creative here will not able to join here only because of this file, also understand CH is helpless to provide that format from the developer where he got that pdf. BTW: My concept was rejected, so I want you all to give the most utilizable home design so that he can never forget this community ever, everyday. I really wish very BEST WISHES to all of You.
