Project Description: Help with a graphic design vector image

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a minimalist logo in black and white. The logo should be a vector image that can be easily resized without losing quality.

I have attached the images as inspiration, but basically I want the dumbell being lifted with one hand but the hand to be in the symbol of the shaka sign hand instead of the fist.

Requirements:
- Experience in creating logos in a minimalist style
- Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to work with vector images and create clean and crisp designs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow client specifications
- Strong understanding of composition and balance in design

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of designing minimalist logos
- Knowledge of current design trends and ability to create timeless designs
- Ability to incorporate client's vision and brand identity into the logo
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous logo designs
