I am the creator of Yumpee CMS (http://www.yumpeecms.com). I need someone who can build for me

- An Ecommerce HTML Template (similar to https://themeforest.net/item/palora-electronics-ecommerce-bootstrap4-template/22158415?s_rank=1)

- A Classified Ads template (similar to https://themeforest.net/item/nexusplus-classified-ads-website-template/22596563?s_rank=1)

Once the templatea are finished, I will integrate and make available to the opensource community. This means that I will retain the ownership of the template so it must be an original template and not violate any IPR. I will hire the winner in the future to create more versions of the same template.

Just to be sure you have read to here, let the first word in your application be 'I get Yumpee'.
