  You’re posting this job in Contests. With Contests on Freelancer, you tell us what you need, we all do the job for you to the best of our abilities, and then you choose the work of the person who did the best job. So, you normally provide all the materials we’ll need to do the job (i.e., "all necessary details and links to over 20 articles published across various news/media houses") when you create the contest.
  
  You’ve offered a great price for the job and you’ve guaranteed to pay the winner, so it only makes sense that you’d want to see everyone's FINAL products before you choose the winner ... but we can’t create our best final product without the details and links you said you’ll provide.
  
  If you only want a good idea of who MIGHT do well on the job and hire just that person—and they see the material and create the page—then it would be better to list this job as a Project than a Contest.
