I need the design of a logo for the new image of the "Consejo de la Juventud de Valladolid", in order to be used as a representative image of it.

Proposals may include any graphic or typographic element, through a design with high visual appeal, memorability and adaptability to different formats.

The topic on which the work will be developed will be youth information in the province of Valladolid, Spain.

The final logo can be used in online and offline environments in different sizes and formats, so it should be readable and work well in both medium sizes and very small formats.
The composition must contain at least two primary colors.
The design should allow its use alone or in combination with the text "Consejo de la Juventud de Valladolid ".

Criteria for evaluating the proposals:
- The representativeness of the province of Valladolid and youth information.
- The originality.
- The "memorability" of the logo, understood as the attribute which It is hard to forget for those who see it.
- The aesthetic and technical quality of the works.

I attach the old logo which is used nowdays and we want to renew to inspire your new designs. I can extend time if required.
