I need someone to design a single page parallax HTML website showing some static content and collecting contact details. The webpage is a temporary site for a loyalty program based on blockchain technology.
Apart from the landing section, I need the page to include the following sections:

1. Description: showing the attached blockchain diagram (or a better design) and some content explaining the program and benefits. This will include earning and redeeming categories

2. Launch: a teaser telling people the program will be launched soon but not showing any details. Asking visitors to fill in the following information if they want to be part of the launch (Free membership).
--- a. First name
--- b. Last name
--- c. Email
--- d. Mobile
--- e. Country name (this should be read from IP, not entered by user)

3. Team: names, short profiles and photos of the founding members

4. Contact Us: a simple form sent to us by email

Notes:
- The page above should also be done in Arabic
- Font used across the whole site should be "Dubai" (www.dubaifont.com)
- The design ideas in the attachments are not guidelines, feel free to make a better design if possible
- Any other suggestions are welcome
- The winner might be used for further web development work in the future
