Instrukce k soutěži

I want a podcast logo that will mimic a picture of a neon sign. I have attached a picture of the sign. Requirements are:

3000 x 3000 pixels
Delivered in Vector format
First line of neon sign text: Risk Of
Second line of neon sign text: RUIN
Third line of neon sign text: A podcast about gamblers

The following elements of the attached picture should be included: 3d Neon lettering, coloring of the neon, coloring of the sky backdrop, the black bar supports behind the neon sign although it just needs to appear as if some of the supports at there - the black bar supports do not have to be recreated exactly. The perspective of the sign should also be replicated, as if you are looking up at the sign in the night sky.

The logo should look like an artist's rendering of this sign, but with my text that I have specified above.
