<Technology Description>
This technology is a technology to provide a driverless transportation service to a user by using an autonomous driving vehicle.
One of the problems that can be anticipated when the autonomous driving vehicle picks the user up is that the autonomous driving vehicle may start in a state where the user does not get in the autonomous driving vehicle.
To solve this problem, this technology causes the autonomous driving vehicle to acquire authentication information from a user outside the autonomous driving vehicle and from a user inside the autonomous driving vehicle. The authentication information is used for releasing a door lock of the autonomous driving vehicle and permitting the start of the autonomous driving vehicle.
