<Technology Description>
This technology is for charging station reservation for charging electric vehicles. One of the problems that may occur when making a reservation for a charging station is that the charging station may already be reserved by another vehicle, and it may not be possible to charge under the desired conditions. To solve this problem, this technology requests the transfer of the reservation slot to another vehicle.
