Please design us a billboard to be printed - must be cmyk and vector

Dimensions are 12000 x 6000 mm

I have attached a sample draft idea, the white boxes are for the logos of our 100 clients (I have only attached a few logos for now, please just duplicate these and randomise them for now)

Artwork must show:
Text title "Listing all major real estate agencies"
Logo for Propertybook (there is a pdf doc with the logo, it is the first one on the pdf)
Tiger character (attached)
A badge with the text "1000's of properties listed"
And 100 slots where the 100 logos of the agencies will go

Once we have a final design, we will be asking the winner to complete the design with all 100 logos, as well as provide us with 3 dimensions for our 3 types of billboards.
