We are doing a rebranding of our company logo as well as visual identity. Here is what we currently are using and it has done so well for us, but who we are today is not who we were just 2 years ago.
Goal: We went from a small company to one of the more dominant real estate teams in Midtown Manhattan. Our portfolio includes small and medium sized office buildings in Midtown Manhattan. We need to rebrand to represent who we’ve become & where we are going.
Company Mission: Okada & Company is an NYC based commercial real estate organization devoted to maintaining a legacy of trust & determination, providing the most innovative & tech enabled solutions, and creating financially beneficial opportunities for our employees, partners, and clients.
Vision: Creating incredible spaces for people to live, work, & play.
Brand: Everything that we do must emanate “Real Estate Excellence, Creativity, Trust, & Success”
Vibe: Mature, Affordable Luxury (Mercedes, Gucci)
Contest Instructions:
1. Company logo can be changed
2. Company logo colors can be changed
3. Text should say “Okada & Co.” Or “Okada + Co”
4. Font is flexible (Show me San Serifs)
5. Our company is brand is “Real Estate Excellence, Creativity, Trust, & Success”
