UPDATE 1: You do not need to redesign the whole image - I am looking for a style of illustrator to work on our new project
UPDATE 2: I have uploaded one style that could be used that we know our client likes

We are making a brochure that requires multiple illustrations and graphics and we need to add one or two members to our team. We've decided to run a very quick contest to get a feel of style of Freelancers so we can choose one to work with.

Please redesign the attached image, in a style you are comfortable with, and can replicate fairly simply (i.e. we will have many images required to be done in a particular style). Things to note are:
It is a group of people discussing together - the number of people in the circle can be reduced as this is just a sample of your work
One lady is taking the lead
There are men and women in the group, of mixed ages
They are sitting on the floor
The people are from south-east asia - the feel and look should be of Laos/Thailand/Vietnam. Google "Laos countryside" to get a good idea of feeling
The style does not need to be simliar to this style, any style will be considered
We will have a meeting Wednesday 3pm BKK time - we will select the preferred design(s) then and negotiate to offer more work

  Thanks for your interest in this project. Just people is OK, the background also welcome should you wish. But you make a good point - I've just tried and googling "laos community" is more accurate for this task.
