I need a rendering for the entrance, reception and lounge bar of our hotel.
I have prepared a 3D model of the area (Hall Oliveto export.skp) in Sketchup 2017 and 2018. Attached you can find a brief description of the area (Scheme Oliveto Hall.pdf) where you can see the location of the reception, of the bar and of the lounge area.
Attached you can also find pictures of the current area (Hall pic 1 and 2) and of the new hotel rooms (Rooms Oliveto pic 1 and 2).
For your information, I attached also some renderings on my hand (Render Bar, Render Hall 1, Render Hall entrance) and some renderings from our competitors (Competitor pic 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).
I need a couple of views for each area (reception, bar and lounge areas). The design needs to be elegant, modern and in line with the new room's design. A small portion of the bar area needs to be dedicated to dining (8-10 seats max), the rest should be for lounge and relax.

Dear all, I want to thank you very much for the participation to this contest. I have uploaded a floorplan of the area in PDF, please let me know if you need any additional document. Also, the current hand rail as well as the current wood decoration and floor tiles may be changed. However, large structural changes should be avoided if possible.
