For your kind information, most of the developers will submit Templates, because, there is a big difference between a developer and a UI designer. To build a custom Landing page, first, you must need and UI Designer, who can provide you with a professional Landing page design, then the second part is, you need an expert web developer, who will develop your Landing page in WordPress.
